All services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to the terms outlined in this document.
Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes related to fabric material research, design reference, and production planning. Users must not misuse the platform for any unauthorized commercial activity.
All content, including text, images, design systems, and material descriptions, is the intellectual property of Sydney Canvas Co unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Sydney Canvas Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to errors in material specifications, production delays, or design inaccuracies.
